Individual Therapy – Virtual
I provide compassionate and evidence-based therapeutic services to help you navigate life’s challenges, whether you’re dealing with addiction, mental health concerns, trauma, grief and loss, or interpersonal issues. I work with you to develop personalized treatment plans that promote healing, resilience, and positive change.
I integrate the following approaches and modalities based on your unique needs:
Rate: $150/50 minutes
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Helps you identify unhelpful thought patterns and replace them with healthier, more balanced ways of thinking so you can feel more in control of your emotions and choices.
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
Builds practical skills for managing overwhelming emotions, improving relationships, and staying grounded in stressful situations.
Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)
Supports you in exploring and transforming deep emotional experiences, helping you connect more fully to yourself and others.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Guides you in getting to know different “parts” of yourself (like the inner critic, protector, or wounded child) so you can move toward healing with self-compassion.
Narrative Therapy
Helps you re-author your story by exploring how past experiences shape your identity, empowering you to see yourself through a lens of strength and resilience.
Somatic Therapy
Involves tuning into the wisdom of the body to release stored stress, tension, and trauma, allowing for deeper healing and emotional regulation.
Trauma-Informed Practice
Creates a safe, supportive space where your experiences are respected and validated, helping you feel empowered rather than judged in the healing process.
Strengths-Based Approach
Focuses on your inner strengths and resources, highlighting resilience and capacity for growth instead of only looking at problems.
Schema Therapy
Helps uncover long-standing patterns or “schemas” formed in early life that may be holding you back, and builds healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
Motivational Interviewing (MI)
Encourages self-reflection and builds motivation for change, particularly useful in addiction recovery and other times when you may feel stuck or ambivalent.
Recovery, Sober, and Accountability Coaching – Virtual
Recovery is not one-size-fits-all. Whether you’re just starting out, rebuilding after a setback, or looking for support in maintaining the progress you’ve made, I offer recovery and accountability coaching grounded in both professional expertise and lived experience.
As someone who understands the challenges of addiction firsthand, I help you develop the tools, strategies, and confidence to sustain long-term recovery. We’ll work together to define what recovery means to you, because it’s not always about complete abstinence. For some, recovery may involve abstaining from all substances, while for others it might mean reducing use, not using certain substances, focusing on harm reduction, or addressing the underlying behaviors that impact their well-being.
Together, we create a plan that aligns with your lifestyle, values, and challenges. Through check-ins, goal-setting, and personalized strategies, I help you stay on track and build lasting habits for a healthier, more fulfilling life. My approach is rooted in compassion, flexibility, and the belief that sustainable change is possible on your terms.
Rate: $150/50 minutes
Monthly rate: $550/month (up to 200 minutes) This can be a mix of short check-ins (e.g., a quick 10 minute call during a trigger) or longer therapy-style sessions. This is a monthly recurring charge that can be cancelled at any time.
In-Person Recovery or Travel Companionship – Subject to Availability

Rate: $190/hour or $1500+ per day
These prices can fluctuate based on additional services provided, such as accompanying clients to events, travel, or specialized therapeutic approaches.
Evening and Weekend Counselling for Semi-Urgent Needs – Virtual
I understand that life doesn’t always follow a predictable schedule and neither does crisis or mental health challenges. That’s why I offer schedule-dependent evening and weekend counselling sessions for situations that feel semi-urgent. These sessions are designed to support you during times of increased stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or conflict that can’t wait for a regular appointment.
Because these after-hours sessions require additional flexibility and resources, they are billed at a higher hourly rate of $250 for 50 minutes.
Whether you’re navigating a difficult time at home or work, feeling emotionally flooded, or just need extra support outside of standard hours, I’m here to help. My goal is to offer timely, compassionate care that meets you where you’re at when you need it most.

Therapy Intensives – Virtual
I offer private therapy intensives designed for individuals who are ready to dive deep, address core issues, and experience meaningful transformation in a condensed time frame. A therapy intensive is an extended, structured session (ranging from 3 hours to a full day or more) that accelerates healing by focusing on specific concerns.
I currently offer three types of intensives:

Addiction & Recovery Intensives – Designed for those struggling with substance use or supporting a loved one in active addiction. Together, we address root causes, build relapse-prevention tools, and strengthen resilience in recovery.

Trauma & Healing Intensives – Focused time to safely process painful experiences, release stuck patterns, and begin to reclaim your sense of self.

Empowered Parenting through Adversity Intensive – Support for navigating high-stress changes or challenges such as high conflict custody and separation, parenting in recovery, or child protection involvement.
